Lufthansa launches nonstop flights between Kuala Lumpur and Frankfurt

Lufthansa Airlines has launched a new nonstop service between Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Frankfurt, Germany. Asian Aviation and TravelWires reported the new route. LATTE Luxury News also reported that the carrier commenced the nonstop flights, which connect the Malaysian capital to one of the main aviation hubs in Europe. [1][4][5]

Asian Aviation reported that the flight service initially operates five days a week using a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft. The aircraft provides 287 seats across three travel classes and features the new Allegris cabin design, according to Asian Aviation and TravelWires. [1][5]

Frank Naeve, Lufthansa Group Senior Vice President Global Sales, stated that the route launch marks an important milestone for the airline. Asian Aviation reported that the service expands the carrier's network in Southeast Asia and provides direct access to Frankfurt alongside onward international connections. [1]

Kuala Lumpur International Airport is the largest airport in Malaysia, located in the Sepang District about 45 kilometers south of Kuala Lumpur. Lufthansa is a founding member of Star Alliance and serves more than 200 destinations worldwide. [6][7][8]
